Return Policy

Be Hands Free will fully refund the price you paid for the item if it is returned with all packaging and enclosures in excellent condition.

Refund of 75% of the price you paid for the item if the packaging and/or enclosures are in less than excellent condition.

We will not accept returns on any product that is damaged or altered. This includes car-kits that have been installed.

All items will be tested to ensure they are returned in full working order.

Refunds will be processed within seven days of receipt of the returned item.

We will replace products that do not work as advertised.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Refunds will only be given for items received by Be Hands Free within 30 days of the delivery of the item to the customer.

All items must be returned using a traceable shipping method. Be Hands Free does not accept responsibility for items that are lost in transit to our receiving department.

All returns must be pre-approved by Be Hands Free, before the item is shipped back to us. Please complete our Return Request form to start the approval process.
