ways to invest in real estate. Their courses, books and seminars are a great way
for real estate investors of all levels to learn how to make their fortune.
Real esate training bootcamps are one of the better ways to learn. They usually involve the guru
teaching them for a number of days with real life examples and stories. The better ones often give
investors a way to do role playing and practise what they have been taught before ggoing out into the world.

Targeting a niche is huge part of being successful. This could be in residential real estate such as
lease options, wholesaling, re-habbing and pre foreclousres or in commercial real estate with offices, apartments
or mobile homes. These are the areas that a new investor needs to consider.
