Where is my order?
Please log into our Customer Area to view details on all your orders, including current status. If your order status is "in progress" this usually means that your order has been processed and could well have been however we have still to enter the shipper's tracking number. Depending on the item and the shipping method it can take us 12 to 36 hours to enter the tracking information in your order. We proactively contact customers by email if there are any problems or delays with an order.

Is this product in stock?
The stock status for each item is listed on the product detail page. It is usually the last item in the list of "key features". Stock status is updated daily.

How do the installed car-kits integrate and work with my car?
All the installed car-kits rely on your car for power which means they must be wired to your car's electrics. They also have a microphone which is commonly installed somewhere near the driver's head: the sun visor or the rear view mirror are popular locations. The mic instelf does not really integrate with your car however the wire that connects it to the "brain box" of the car-kit does have to run behind the dash and facia of the car. The other element to integrate is how you hear the voice of the person you are talking to. Most car-kits will offer a stand alone speaker which is wired to the "brain box" of the car-kit and usually installed in the foot well on the driver's side. Some more advanced car-kits offer an alternative - they can be attached to the car stereo so that you hear the voice of the person you are talking to through the car stereo speakers. This method offers the best listening quality but does involve a more intricate installation process. Which ever installed car-kit you choose we highly recommend asking an experienced installer to do the work for you.
